We started renting one casita in Sayulita. After three years juggling WhatsApp threads in four languages, expired OXXO vouchers, and uncoordinated cleaners — we knew the tool we needed didn't exist.

The gringo platforms assume you only take cards, in dollars, with no SAT. The Mexican platforms that exist are for big hotels, with POS modules you don't use. Nothing for 80% of the Mexican market: hosts with 1 to 5 units, a mix of local and international guests, semi-formal operations.
